

Study Without Stress
Through our Healthy Mind Hub, Southern Cross Psychology is offering senior students the Study Without Stress Program
Proven to reduce stress and improve confidence, "Study Without Stress" equips students in their final years of high school with knowledge and practical tips on how to manage academic stress, particularly heavy workloads and exams. The program was developed by researchers at Macquarie University using a cognitive behavioural approach.
After an initial screening phone call to make sure it's a good fit, the program is run over 4 to 8 individual sessions. Students are taught skills to help with organisation, understanding and managing physical and emotional stress, and mental focus. We cover how to deal with procrastination and perfectionism, and the program can be tailored to each student's needs.
Study Without Stress sessions are $120 each (no Medicare or Health Fund Rebates apply)
